Why privacy 1st architecture matters

Two trends are converging, one is that it is becoming increasingly difficult for people to detect signs of manipulation and impersonation in real-time across the bombardment of messages, notifications and tasks that they do everyday across work and their personal lives. Especially as this work now happens on one mobile device. Another is that people are delegating and outsourcing tasks to AI tools and agents, increasingly acting on their behalf. Historically when it comes to scams and fraud - the construct of negligence has really been important and nuance. If someone delegates authority to book an overseas trip on their behalf and uses an Agent to pay and it turns out to be a scam - was the person negligent?

A big part of our thesis at FALKIN is that people need “always on” support to help identify what is safe or not. This needs to be delivered across all major channels - when visiting a website, clicking on a link, replying to an email, text or picking up a phone call. People need help in making sure they are dealing with a legitimate organisation and a legitimate individual.

At FALKIN we’re focused on innovating in this space - intercepting suspicious threats while creating a beautiful user experience and preserving privacy.
